I am allergic to cats and dogs, dust & smoke. However, I love playing with and walking animals. I just can’t sleep overnight in the same area where they live. So if you are out of town, I can look after your house and pets as long as I sleep in a separate area.
No smoking, drugs or heavy drinking and want the same with people I live with.

I have been living in Granada Hills (northern SFV) for the past 2.5 years but I’ve outgrown the accommodations here. I miss cooking a lot.

I believe in living small, within one’s means and debt-free. I am liberal and spiritual. “Live and let live,” is my motto. I spend my resources on education, travel. A quiet patch of grass in the backyard where I can meditate impresses me far more than toys and luxury.
Part of my reason to move more in-town to meet more like-minded people. Definitely not into partying or staying up late. I don’t watch TV (haven’t had television reception since 1995). I work out at LAfitness. Into hiking, camping, classic films, books. Currently working on learning sailing.
