FastConv.exe: How to Get Your Documents Back from Old Version of File and Settings Transfer (FAST)

Hello, I made the mistake of trusting the File and Settings Transfer Wizard. I put my documents on a USB drive and reformatted my computer and installed windows xp sp3. Now File and Settings Transfer Wizard says my backup was made with a previous version of the wizard and I am supposed to update the windows on the old computer (which doesn’t exist anymore).

I know I need a program called FastConv.exe. But I can’t find it anywhere. Does anyone know how I can find this program?
